This highly complex project working for a private health client involved the conversion of 4500sq.m existing hospital space into a new private Independent Sector Treatment Centre. The comprehensive new facility included an outpatient department with X-ray, ultrasound and physiotherapy facilities; and an inpatient department; operating theatres; and an endoscopy unit. The project involved locating new plant to supply all the mechanical, electrical and specialist services in existing, shared plantrooms together with ensuring the infrastructure was separate from the remaining hospital space.

Evolution5 provided contract management services on behalf of Mansell Construction, who assumed the role of Principal Contractor.
