The project comprised part demolition and part refurbishment of an existing warehouse building situated in Portsmouth Port. The new warehouse provided Lok n Store with all important storage units over three floors together with a reception; kitchen; welfare facilities; three service lifts; and external hard landscaping.

Evolution5 provided contract management services on behalf of Mansell Construction, who assumed the role of Principal Contractor.

J P Morgan required the refurbishment of three large offices on three storeys. To keep the environment live and operational the project had to be managed in six phases, by splitting each floor into two phases. This involved complex interfacing with J P Morgan stakeholders such as ICT technicians, security and systems personnel together with its supply-chain members. On completion of each phase J P Morgan personnel had to be able to work at their desk the very next working day. This involved shutting down and re-energising electrical services; snagging and de-snagging; installing furniture and ICT cabling and equipment to work stations; and altering dividing partitions during the period of Friday 17:00hr-Monday 07:00.
