Evolution5 is a leading construction management and consulting company providing first-class property and construction advice. We offer expert services in cost management, project management and construction management and a comprehensive range of specialist services.
Evolution5 was established in 2007 by a group of industry professionals who had become frustrated by consultants with little or no technical or building experience. They also realised that clients too were becoming ever-increasingly tired of appointing consultants with a lack of building knowledge. This created an ideal opportunity to establish a construction management and consulting company with extensive experience in contracting and consulting. To provide equilibrium of skills and services, Evolution5 employ project managers and cost consultants with strong links to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building and Association for Project Management.
The Team is proud of its ties to contracting and is truly passionate about the property and construction industries. Now operating out of two offices in London and Southampton, the Evolution5 Team continue to provide an excellent and unique service to its clients.
